Everything you need to know to prepare and submit your extended abstract.

We invite researchers, academics, and practitioners to submit extended abstracts for presentation at ARCSCU 2026. Please carefully follow the guidelines below to ensure your submission meets the required standards.

Deadline for Extended Abstract Submission: 6th June 2026

    Authors are required to submit an Extended Abstract only (Maximum 3 pages — not a full paper).
  • 2
    The extended abstract should adhere strictly to the provided template.
  • 3
    Submissions not following the template may be rejected without review.
  • 4
    Only original, unpublished research will be considered.
  • 5
    All co-authors must be listed accurately in the submission form.
  • 6
    Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
